Begin by clicking: Memberships > Subscriptions and Packs > On-demand subscriptions > Add new On-demand subscription

Give it a name, description, price

For duration, put 1 month

Enable Auto-renew

Scroll down to Included Collections.

Select what to include

Click Create

You're all set! This membership will help capitalize on the work you've already put in.
