One you've created segmented customer lists, you can send the entire list one-off texts or emails. This can be especially helpful and efficient if you're targeting customers that represent potential growth for your business.

After creating a segment (Customers > Customer List > Customer Segmentation),

click Marketing > Campaigns > One-off Messages. Then compose and schedule the SMS message.
