Freeze / unfreeze a customer's subscription
Freeze / unfreeze a customer's subscription

If a customer wants to put their account on hold, you have options to freeze their account indefinitely or schedule a freeze for a set period of time.

To do this, click Customers > Customer List > find and select the customer > locate their subscription > click the three dots to the right and choose Freeze.
