key tags
existing customers in Momence
To assign a key tag to a customer:
Connect the scanner to your computer, and grab a key tag.
In Momence, click Customers > Customer List > choose a customer.
From their profile, click Actions (top right) > Self-check in keys.
Place the cursor in the field for Assign Customer Key.
Scan the key card, then click Assign.
Now whenever customer's arrive with key tags to use, place your cursor in the search bar at the top of the dashboard, scan the key card, and choose which class to check them into.
