Appointment services can now be scheduled to overlap. And you can set exactly when that overlap can be scheduled for.
For example, you might use this feature for Acupuncture, where you might only need to be with the client for the first 30 minutes of their appointment to discuss their needs and put the needles in, and then the rest of the appointment they are left alone in the room to absorb the benefits.
This allows you to move on to start the next client's appointment, while the first client's is still going, allowing you to optimize your time and revenue.
To start using this new option, click Appointments > Services > select a service > Edit > under Customers & Scheduling, select Allow Overlap.
