Momence recently sent out a verification email to account holders with elevated staff permissions. The intent of this email is to verify your identity and help you keep your account safe.

If you're not seeing your verification email, try these tips:

  1. Check your spam folder

2. Check your promotions tab, or other tabs where it might have landed

3. Check that your inbox isn't full

4. Allowlist the Momence domain

Allowlisting is like telling your email client "hey, these guys are cool, always make sure they're stuff lands in my inbox."

To Allowlist an entire domain, you can omit everything before the @ symbol in the From field. (ie. just put @momence.com)

To Allowlist in Gmail, do the following:

  • click the gear icon in the top right corner

  • select the Filters and blocked addresses tab

  • click Create a new filter

  • enter the email address or domain (@momence.com) in the From field

  • click Create filter

  • check the 'Never send to spam' checkbox

Yahoo Mail:

  1. Open Yahoo Mail and log in

  2. Select Settings and then More Settings

  3. Click Filters and then Add new filters

  4. Enter a filter name

  5. Enter the email address or domain you want to Allowlist

  6. Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email to

  7. Click Save

Apple Mail

  1. Log into your Apple Mail account

  2. Click Mail in the menu bar

  3. Select Preferences

  4. Click the Rules tab

  5. Click Add Rule

  6. Enter a name for the rule, such as "Allowlist"

  7. In the Conditions section, set the rule to From and Contains

  8. Enter the email address you want to Allowlist

  9. In the Actions section, set the rule to Move Message and choose Inbox

  10. Click OK to save the rule
