If you're running a franchise business and want to copy certain entities from one franchisee's dashboard to another, this article will cover how to copy sequences, tags, and lead sources to one or more franchisees.

Copying sequences
Marketing Sequences allow your franchisees to quickly spin up their marketing efforts with plug and play options as opposed to having to create their own from scratch. You may already have some Sequences created from one franchisee that you'd like to share with another (or another group).
To do this, click Franchisees > Manage entities > Choose the franchisee to copy sequences from
Notice below how there are two tabs: Folders and Sequences.
These tabs allow you to copy entire folders of sequences or just individual sequences. Select a tab, then search for the folder or sequence name. If the Trigger of a sequence is a helpful way to identify which which sequences to copy, use the 'Trigger' column to sort the list.
Select the sequences to copy (or select all by clicking on the checkbox in the table header) > then click 'Copy to franchisee(s)'.
In the 'Copy sequences' pop up, choose the franchisees to copy the selected sequences and/or folders to.
Not seeing a franchisee that should be here?
You'll only see franchisees listed who have activated their Email & SMS Marketing Suite application add-on. The marketing suite can be activated from a franchisee's Apps and Integrations tab in the bottom left of their Momence dashboard.
After selecting your franchisees to copy these Sequences to, click 'Submit' and the sequences will be copied over to the selected franchisee.
Copying Lead Sources
Lead Sources are places where potential business can be generated. Learn more here about the different sources leads can come from.
To copy one or more Lead Sources from one franchisee to others, click Franchisees > Manage entities.
Choose the franchisee to copy lead sources from and then click 'Lead sources'.
Select the lead sources you'd like to copy (or select all using the checkbox in the table header) > then click 'Copy to franchisee(s)'.
In the pop up, choose the franchisees to copy these lead sources to.
Two important things to to note here:
You'll only see franchisees listed that have activated the Leads application add-on. This can be activated from a franchisee's Apps and Integrations tab in their Momence dashboard.
Leads use Stages to track their progress (as in 'Created', 'Converted to Customer,' etc.). When you choose which franchisees to copy these Lead Sources to, Momence will check to see if the target franchisees are missing any of the stages these lead sources currently use. If any are missing, it will automatically create these for the target franchisee, unless you un-check the checkbox below.
Next, click 'Submit' and the lead sources will be copied over to the selected franchisee(s).
Copying Tags
Tags can be used to do so many things. For instance, you can:
restrict purchases of items or classes to just customers with tags,
organize sales reports by tag, identify VIP's in a class list,
and employ sequences to auto-tag customers when they perform certain actions, just to name a few.

To copy tags from one franchisee to others, click Franchisees > Manage Entities > Tags.
If the list to choose from is long, use the blue 'Filters' button to narrow the list.
Select the tags you want to use and click 'Copy to franchisee(s).'
Then select the target franchisee(s) > click 'Submit'. The tags will now be copied over to each of the selected franchisees.
