Sales Agent AI is your studio’s built-in digital sales assistant. It is one of the agents as part of the AI- Inbox.

It automatically responds to inbound messages from leads, interprets their intent (positive, neutral, or negative), updates lead stages, and moves each person through your funnel all without you needing to lift a finger.

How it works with your existing tools

  • Sales Agent seamlessly integrates into the tools you already use:

  • Outbound campaigns and sequences start the conversation.

  • Sales Agent jumps in when a lead replies answering questions, addressing objections, and guiding them toward booking or buying.

  • Funnels and Lead Management update automatically so you can see progress, conversions, and drop-offs in real time.

Where to Find Your Sales Agent:

  1. Navigate to Inbox > Settings.

  2. Once you click into your Settings, you will find AI Customization.

  3. You will want to Select the Sales Agent tab at the top

Sections of the Sales Agent and their Function

1. Leads Contacted and Revenue Generated

  • Displays the number of leads the agent has communicated with or followed up on, as well as any revenue generated from these interactions.

  • You can filter this data by 30, 60, or 90 days to track performance over time.

2. Follow-Up Tone

  • Allows hosts to define how urgent or frequent the agent should be with offers.

  • This setting helps tailor communication style to match your business approach and lead engagement strategy.

3. Journey Steps

  • Represents the stages a lead goes through and the offers they receive at each stage.

    • Example: In a “1st Intro Journey,” leads are assigned specific Lead Stages (e.g., Prospect on Acceptance and Declined on Rejection). Once assigned, the agent will present the relevant memberships, classes, or appointments you’ve configured to be offered at each stage.
