Re-connection Required For Your New Zoom Integration

If you are currently using the Zoom integration in your Momence account, it is important to know that Zoom has changed the way they do integrations. As a result, you will need to reconnect your Zoom account from your Momence dashboard to ensure that your integration continues to function properly after June 2023.

By reconnecting your Zoom account, you will also regain access to some features that were temporarily turned off in existing accounts, such as Zoom auto-checkin and automatic recording.

Reconnecting your Zoom account is a simple process that can be done in a few easy steps:

  1. Log in to your Momence account and navigate to the "Apps & Integrations" section.

  2. Click on "Integrations" and then select "Zoom" from the list of available integrations.

  3. Click the "Re-connect Zoom account" button.

  4. Follow the prompts to log in to your Zoom account and authorize the connection between your Zoom account and Momence.

Once you have successfully reconnected your Zoom account, you do not need to take any further action. Momence will take care of the rest, ensuring that your integration is up to date and working properly.
