Before you can start using the Leads functionality, you must ensure the Leads App is active in your account. You can read more about Leads and how to activate it here.
In order to start collecting leads from Facebook and Instagram, navigate to the Leads section, under Marketing, and click "Collect leads". Next, you will be prompted with a new page where you can connect the Leads App to Facebook by clicking on the "Continue with Facebook" button. Once on the next page, follow the steps below:
Select the right Business Account from the Facebook menu.
Pick the page where you'd like leads to be collected from.
Click Save.
Once this is done, navigate to your Facebook Business settings.
Under Integrations, Connected apps, make sure Momence Leads is successfully connected.
From this screen, click on the three horizontal bars and select Meta Business Suite.
Navigate to All tools and create a new Instant form.
Tailor the form to your needs, and make sure the form is set to Open in the sharing configuration under the Settings heading.
Once this is done, you will be able to publish the form and test it with a randomized email such as {{business-name}}[email protected]
