The Leads feature allows you to collect new potential customers, send them special messaging depending on their source, then track the revenue each lead and its source generates for your business.

You can automate all of the messaging by pairing Leads with Marketing Sequences. If growing your business is a high priority, activating leads can help you achieve that growth systematically.

You can automate all of the messaging by pairing Leads with Marketing Sequences. To get started with Leads, head to Apps and Integrations > Apps Store > activate Leads.

How does it work?

With Leads you can set up Lead Sources: interest forms that live on your website, or facebook and instagram ads that point to a special landing page, where, if a lead makes a purchase, that purchase is logged as an "event" and that customer's spending is then tracked using the same lead dashboard.

Send different Messaging to different Lead Sources

Since each source represents a different group of people with different interests, Momence allows you to set up different marketing messaging that fires to each group, based on criteria that you choose, using Sequences.

Each lead has a Source, a Stage, and a measure of Health

Perhaps the best part of leads is the dashboard that gives a birds eye view of how well your conversions are going and how much revenue they're generating, also referred to as 'Health'.

If they've received automated messaging from a sequence you've set up, their 'Stage' will show as 'Contacted'. If they have yet to be contacted, they'll show as 'Cold', indicating that you may want to create more automated messaging to target that source. The goal of this stage is to indicate where you might be leaving money on the table.

The lead's 'Source' will show where they came from, helping you identify which areas are getting the most traction, allowing you to ratchet up marketing where it will make the biggest difference in conversions.
