Staff Can Now Run Their Own Payroll Reports

You now have the option to turn the payroll function on or off for any instructor role. Its important to know that the revenue column is automatically removed from the instructor’s payroll report.

To enable this report for Instructors, go to to Settings > Roles > select Role (must be an instructor role) > Permissions > scroll down to Reports > toggle on or off Reports: Access combined payroll.

Instructor / teacher roles will then be able to run their own payroll reports, by clicking:

Analytics > Reports > Combined payroll.

They'll initially see a page with totals for Payout, Classes, and Appointments. If they click their name, they'll get more detail.

That detail includes a section for payout per class as well as buttons to set date parameters, and download details or a summary.

Further down the page, they'll find sections for Appointments, Clock-ins, and Tips.
