You can take payment for an appointment using a membership from two places:
Via POS (allows you to pay for multiple appointments at once)
Via the Appointment Schedule Page (allows you to pay for individual appointments by clicking on them)
Important: To take payment for an appointment with a customer's membership (a subscription or pack), the membership needs to include the appointment service.
(ie. if you were to click on the membership to view its details, the section titled 'what this can be used for' would include the appointment service you're about to pay for.)
Click Home > POS > Select the customer
Select Appointment > choose from the dropdown list of unpaid appointments.
Under payment method > choose Membership > the Book with Membership
Via the Appointment Schedule Page
Click Appointments > Schedule > locate the appointment using the filters above (staff, venue, day/week) > click on the unpaid appointment
Note: the appointment service below uses a teal color for easy identification. The red dot in the top left indicates its not yet paid.
After clicking the appointment, click Pay
Click Membership > Book with Membership
