Add Availability Rules to Appointment Services

Set what times your service is available

You may want a service only bookable certain hours on one board and bookable different hours on another. Or the same for both. Either way, here's how you set this up.

Click Appointments > Boards > select a board

Select Services > locate the service > click the dropdown menu to the right > click Availability times.

Click 'Add availability rule' > set the service's availability

Then, you will get a pop-up window where you will be able to select if the times you choose will be "Valid immediately," "Valid from selected date" or "Valid in specific interval."

Just below, you can choose if you are creating times when the service is available or times when the service is not available.

You can then select the days of the week that it will apply to and the hours. If, for example, the service is available at separate times during the day, you can click on "+Add another from/to pair."
