In Appointments, under Services you'll now see a new tab called Categories, right next to Add-Ons. (For a tutorial on Add-Ons, click here).
Categories help customers book more quickly by grouping similar services together. If customers currently have to sift through 10 or more individual services to make a choice, organizing them into categories can simplify the process and improve their experience.
Here's what customers of one business currently see when they are booking appointments. Let's divide the services below into 2 categories: "Coaching" and "Massage."
To assign categories to services, click Service > click the dropdown to the right of the service > Move to category.
Update each service, and afterward, this is how it will look for the customer.
At the top, if the customer selects just 1 category, they'll see just those services listed.
