Do you have certain classes or events where the cancellation fee is different than your standard fee?

For example, maybe for workshops or particular trainings the cancellation fee is higher. Or, maybe you don’t want to charge no-show fees for any virtual classes. This can now easily be done from the settings page for any class or class template!

To make adjustments, navigate to the class or template that you want to change > edit > Cancellation policy > toggle ON ‘Override late cancellation/no-show fees’ > use the toggles to turn any rules on or off.

Note: if you are wanting to charge a different amount than your standard fee for a particular event, you will create that rule under your cancellation policy page, and then toggle the other rules off.
