Where to find your contract, your billing history + how to add or remove apps

To locate your contract, click your logo in the top left > then Billing.

You'll find your contract off to the right, with your billing history below.

Add / Remove Apps

To add or remove an app, click Apps & Integrations > App Store

Activate buttons can be found next to all apps.

Deactivate buttons can be found by clicking the app.

If a Deactivate button is not yet showing, check your contract's details (see top section of this article). You might have a set number of months remaining in your contract for this app. At the end of this period, the Deactivate button should appear on the App's pop up menu.

Where to request a contract cancellation

To assist you in managing your account more effectively, we've recently launched a self-service portal with the following features:

  • Immediate Account Changes: If you're not under an active contract, you can process any account changes immediately. From Settings > Administrative Billing > you'll find a red 'Cancel my account' button (pictured below)

  • Contract Review: If you have an active contract, you can review your terms directly in the portal by navigating to Settings > Billing.

Please note that if you have an active contract, you can request cancellation after the date specified in your contract terms. If you have any questions or need assistance with this process, feel free to reach out to [email protected].
