As a customer, you can view unpaid appointments and pay for them.

On a desktop browser or mobile browser (not the mobile app), sign in to your Momence account at momence.com > click Appointments > locate the appointment and click the dropdown menu to the right > click Pay Now.

If your subscription or pack applies to this appointment service, you'll see an option to use it as payment.
