Introducing: SMS Transactional Templates

You can now view and edit any transactional SMS messages that go to your customers and staff. Plus we've just added 3 new SMS options to go to staff regarding appointment bookings and cancellations.

As technology develops, consumers are relying more and more on their cell phones and texting as the most efficient form of communication. While people can be inundated with emails all day long, leading some to get missed or deleted, SMS messages have more chance of being checked right away. With that, we know that it is important for you to be able to send out valuable messaging to your customers via SMS, and the ability to customize those messages is crucial. We’ve just added in Transactional Templates for SMS so you can do just that!

Start editing your SMS Transactional Templates now under Studio set-up > Transactional templates > SMS.

Within this section, you will find all of the editable SMS templates, such as class and appointment confirmation texts for online and in-person and more. When you click into any of the individual templates, you will see the pre-written content that you can adjust to your liking, as well as the list of possible variables and the option to enable or disable the template.

There are a few brand new SMS Transactional Templates available today as well. Under the Sent to instructors tab, note that there are now texts sent to your instructors when a customer reserves an appointment (in-person and online), as well as a message to the teacher if an appointment with them is cancelled.
