Our highest priorities are your security and privacy. In keeping with this we have reviewed and implemented all necessary requirements to safeguard your data while giving you required control over it.
GDPR Overview
The General Data Protection Regulation is a regulation created to improve the data security and privacy of European citizens.
What has Momence done to comply with GDPR?
We conducted extensive analysis of our operations to ensure we're in compliance with the requirements. Here are some major steps we've taken to ensure this.
Confidentiality, Security Measures & Risk Management
We apply strong physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data, with flexibility to update security as technology evolves. We have identified key risks such as data breaches, inaccurate data, and unauthorized access — and have mitigation procedures in place.
We collect, use, store, and delete personal data according to our Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Security Policy, all of which fall within GDPR compliance and can be accessed upon request.
Data Transfers
We store our customers data in data centers in the US. To ensure that your data is secure, Momence has certified with the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Data Privacy Framework Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from EU.

Subject Rights, Access Controls and Breach Notifications
We will help handle data subject requests, such as access, correction, or deletion. Personal data access and deletion specifically can be requested in your Member portal. In the unlikely event of a breach, we are required to promptly inform you, the Controller, of the breach and include details and remedial steps. Individuals’ rights are clearly outlined in our Privacy Policy.
