Yes, its possible.
If a Momence admin has integrated your Momence host dashboard with Google Calendar, teachers should now be invited as attendees to the sessions and appointments they're newly assigned to in Momence.
All existing events are synced to the teachers gcal when the integration is enabled.
Important: For the teachers to receive event invites, in gcal, they have to have the setting Add invitations to my calendar
set to From everyone
.
So if a teacher doesn’t see appointment invites, they should open their google calendar's settings > click Event Settings > and, under 'add invitations to my calendar' select 'from everyone.'
If the teacher email is the same as the email the integration is associated with, the teacher is simply not invited as attendee. So a Momence
calendar is added to the target gcal with all the events.
