Marketing Sequences are powerful tools that look for specific customer behavior that you specify.
When that behavior (also called a "Trigger") occurs, a pre-selected "Action" of your choice is then automatically performed, which can take the form of a message sent to a customer. Learn more about how sequences work.
That message can now be a WhatsApp message, using one of your pre-approved WhatsApp templates.
After selecting a Trigger for a sequence, on the following page in the Actions list you'll find the WhatsApp option. And below that, a section to select which template to use.
Due to anti-spam policies within WhatsApp, templates must be approved by Meta before use. Once approved, they can be loaded into Momence Sequence Actions (pictured above) but will not editable and will show as greyed out.
