How do One off Messages work?
One-Off Messages (under the Marketing tab) allow you to:
Send a single message to your entire customer base
Target a specific Customer Segment or Lead Segment
Schedule when the SMS or email will send
Use variables to make your content more personal -- For example, inserting {{first_name}} into a message will look at who is receiving the message and substitute their first name.
You can even pull from previously saved content using marketing templates to save time on writing.
Check your open rate statistics for one-off messages
To check your open rate statistics, click Marketing > One-off messages > click Sent > Half way down the page you'll find the open rates.
Create and save a segmented list to message
Segmented lists allow you to segment out special groups you want to track and target. You can target these groups in One-off Messages to capitalize on growth opportunities.
To create one, click Customers > Customer List > Customer Segmentation. Make sure to save your segment when you're done.
To message your segmented lists, click Marketing > One-off Messages > Then select the specific segment to target
Resend Unopened Marketing Emails
When you send out a marketing email, Momence tracks the following statistics:
open rates
un-opened rates (new)
link clicks
unsubscribes and more
These stats are actionable. Pretend you've just sent out a holiday promo a few days ago. It discounts your class packs, with a link to purchase.
For those that may have missed the email, a few days later you can now target that specific group from the Sent Messages page.
You can do this from a One-Off Email or from a Sequence Email.
From a One-off email: click Marketing > One-off messages > Sent > select the email > click on Open rate and/or Link statistics > choose the filter you'd like to target
Or, with visuals, click Marketing > One-off messages > Sent > Then, click the message you'd like to view stats for > then click Open rate
Click 'Not Opened' > then Send Message
Here, you can create and send that follow up message to target only those that haven't opened the original email.
From a Sequence email: Marketing > Sequences > select the sequence > select the action > click on Open rate and/or Link statistics.
