Where can customers download the app?
Customers can download the app here: Apple App Store, Google Play
Studio Staff can use the mobile browser on their phone, following one of these tutorials: Android, iOS.
Can customers find my studio on the mobile app?
If you're on our custom plan, your business will be discoverable to Momence users. A new customer that downloads the app and logs in will see a list of custom studios in order of what's closest in proximity.
They can also search for specific studios.
If they decide later that they want to search for another, they can do this from Account > App Settings > Add host.
I'm not on a Custom plan. How can a customer find my studio?
Two major ways: add them as a customer or have them make a purchase.
If you've added this customer to your customer list (customers > customer list > new customer), they'll see you're studio logo when they log into the app.
If they make a purchase from your momence account (either via your website if your using the plugin, or from your momence schedule page), either of these paths will also add your logo to their mobile app.
To see your schedule page, click your logo in the top left, click 'Your page', copy that URL.
Then share the URL via the Inbox messenger (Home > Inbox)
Will customers find a QR code on the desktop site?
Every new customer that creates a Momence account and confirms it by email on web will see a QR code when they log in.
This will take them directly to the app download page respective of their device. They can also just google the words 'Momence app' for quick results.

The Momence customer facing app is designed to make the customer journey easier than ever, with cleaner and more intuitive ways for your customers to view your schedule, book classes & appointments, pay for memberships, refer friends, view on demand videos and more.
Home Page
The home page now enjoys a cleaner, simplified look and makes the Schedule link more prominent. Customers can also easily message your business and access their referral link right from this page.
Refer and Earn
If you have a referral program active, your customers can now access the details of the program and copy their referral link right from the home page, creating ease and simplicity for customers when they want to refer someone on the fly.
Schedule Page
This page has a sleek new look, and is designed for customers to quickly get the information they need to book the correct classes and see which classes they've booked for themselves or their children.
Booking page
Its now easier to select the best payment method, toggle between memberships, make a new payment, add a promo code, or add a new card.
Appointments Page
Appointment boards will now appear first, for customers to choose from. Also, once a customer has an appointment booked, the details of the appointment are more visually enticing, and they have access to rating their session right from the appointment page.
Memberships Page
We’ve completely reworked this page to ensure customers can clearly see all of their different options, with broken out sections for subscriptions and packages, in addition to an offers section to highlight any intro offers for new clients. Customers can now easily see the price of any membership, along with the details of what’s included.
Design and speed
We just launched a fresh new design on the checkout pages of the app. Crafted to make the user experience as easy and enjoyable as possible, you will notice sleek new sections with clear highlights around important areas and selections. This design isn’t for looks only, though, you will also notice that the speed of navigating through these selections has been enhanced, allowing your customers to move swiftly through required steps.
Waiver signatures
Along with the design updates, we have also made a clear section for waiver signatures. This is now more prominent and clear on the checkout flow, and your customers now have the ability to sign by typing in their full name, versus simply checking a box.
Highlighting required fields
An additional update is that the app will now highlight any required fields if a customer misses one as they are checking out. This makes it clear and easy for someone to see which part of the flow they need to fill in in order to continue checking out.
