Dashboard overview
You can monitor your key metrics under Inbox → AI Settings.From there, you’ll see a summary of:
Leads contacted: how many conversations the AI has handled.
Revenue generated: total sales attributed to the Sales Agent.
Response time: the average time it takes for the AI to reply.
You can filter performance data by 30, 90, or 365 days to spot trends and seasonal patterns.

Improving with data
Review conversation transcripts in the AI Inbox to find moments where leads hesitate or disengage. Patterns often reveal what’s missing — a too-long message, unclear pricing, or not enough urgency.
Once you identify these trends:
Refine your tone and pacing.
Test shorter or clearer replies.
Adjust fallback offers to keep conversations alive.
