Add a waiver

To add a waiver, click Settings > General Setup > Scroll halfway down > add waiver content.

Note: We've updated the the setting for requiring customers to agree to this waiver when registering for a class. It is now default set to on. You can turn this off under misc. account settings, pictured below.

What's the customer experience?

Membership waivers will show to the self serving customer when they purchase a membership.

Customer waivers (if 'required at checkout' is toggled on) will show like this.

Child waivers will appear to the parent booking for their children like this. Note: Julie is booking for her son, Ben.

Waivers in POS

When ringing up a customer from POS, you can have them sign a waiver by clicking this dropdown menu, selecting one of the following.

Have the customer type their name to sign.
