If, as a customer, you need to cancel your subscription, you can:

Click Memberships > My Memberships > locate the Subscription & click Cancel.

You'll be required to provide feedback in a pop up before cancelling. (You may see a minimum number of words required to submit).

Note: if you're not seeing an option to cancel, you may be on a subscription that requires a minimum number of billing cycles before a cancellation can occur.
