A cutoff time cuts off scheduling of appointments. If you set this time period to, say, 6 hours, this will ensure your instructors will always have a 6 hour heads up that they need to be in the studio.

This setting can be calibrated on the Appointment Settings page. To make changes:

Click Settings > Appointment Settings

Add the cutoff time in minutes. 24 hours in minutes = 1440.
