Assign Availability Rules to Appointment Services

You can now set availability rules for Appointment Services per board. Boards are where you assign Staff, Venues and Services.

You may want a service only bookable certain hours on one board and bookable different hours on another. Or the same for both. Either way, here's how you set this up.

Click Appointments > Boards > select a board

Select Services > locate the service > click the dropdown menu to the right > click Availability times.

Click 'Add availability rule' > set the service's availability

As an example, the availability rule below:

  • is valid immediately (meaning this new schedule is bookable immediately)

  • allows this service to be booked from 7am - 1pm, on Mondays, Tuesdays Wednesdays
