Service Overrides: Control Staff Availability per Service for Appointments

Service Overrides allow you to make an exception to a staff member's schedule for a specific service. Lets say their default availability is set at 9am-5pm.

With Service Overrides we can override their availability for, say Circuit Training and Group Training for Climbing to 9am - 12pm.

This is done from Boards > select a Board > Staff > edit a staff member's availability.

From their availability page, click 'Add availability rule'.

You'll see their current default availability rules set. You can now add Service Overrides for specific services or groups of services.

Below, we've over-ridden this staff members normal availability with two specific services, where we'd like the staff member to only be bookable between 7am and 12pm.

Afterward, you can preview that an override is in place from the staff's availability page. Hovering over the info icon will show the specific services this override is controlling.
