No matter how large your current community is, it’s always a good time to be capturing new potential customers so business can continue to boom. The Momence Leads App allows you to have this process running in the background at all times, with minimal extra effort needed from you and your team. Plus, we’ve just added in even more features to save you time and keep things running super smooth - check them out below!

PS - don’t have Leads app yet? You can add it directly to your account under Apps & Integrations > App Store > Leads, or contact our Success Team at [email protected].

Automatically Update Lead Stages with Sequences

We’ve been glad to hear how Lead stages have been coming in handy for hosts using the Leads app. Stages are a useful built in communication tool when you have multiple staff members working your leads list at different times, they help with sorting and segmenting your list, and the fact that stages are completely customizable allows you and your team to organize on your own terms.

The only thing missing was the ability to have a stage update automatically - but no more - we are excited to announce the ability to update a lead stage within Sequences!

Now, you have the ability to create a sequence action with the action type Update lead stage. An example might be that you update the stage of a lead to Closed Won after they buy your intro offer, or to contacted after your first sequence message goes out. You can create as many stages as you’d like, enabling numerous combinations and maximum organization of your leads list.

Reminder, you can use the Lead segmentation tool within your Leads management page to filter by source, which can be useful for tracking or sending specific messaging to leads within a certain stage.

Assign Leads to Staff Members

Do you have multiple team members working together to add personal touches to your leads funnel and/or make sure no one falls through the cracks? We know it can be tedious tracking who’s covering who, so we’ve just added in the ability to assign leads to staff members!

Assigning leads to staff members can make organization and clarity amongst your team much easier, and will create a more personalized experience for individual leads as they will have back and forth with the same team member, versus getting contacted by various people.

You have the option to manually assign leads to staff members by navigating to Marketing > Leads Management > click the 3 dots next to a customer > assign staff member.

Additionally, you can choose Round-robin staff assignment, which will automatically assign new leads to the team members that you select to be part of the group. You can set this up under Marketing > Leads Management > Settings > scroll down & enable Round-robin staff assignment.

Lastly, you can also use the Lead segmentation tool within your Lead management page to filter by assigned staff member. You can even create and save dynamic segments per staff member, so your team can easily focus on their assigned group.

Lead Profile Page Revamp

Our last enhancement to make your leads processes more efficient is that we have enhanced the Leads profile pages. Now, in addition to the Activity tab, you can easily click on Messages, Notes or Tasks to easily see those specifics broken out from the overall activity timeline! You can access these updates by clicking on the name of any lead within your Leads Management page.

Don’t have Leads or Sequences on your account? You can add these apps directly to your account under Apps & Integrations > App Store, or click the link below to connect with our Success Team!
