New Sequence Metrics

On the Sequences page you'll now find a metrics section to help you track how your marketing sequences are performing.

Measured over the last 30, 90, or 365 days, the Metrics box contains:

  • Sequences Triggered - the number of overall sequence runs that happened

  • Executed actions - the individual actions (i.e. SMS, emails, staff tasks, etc)

  • Revenue generated - the amount of revenue you received from customers within, say, 30 days since they opened the message

You'll also find a percentage increase or decrease to help you measure against the previous period. This helps your see larger trends.

To activate the Marketing Suite, click Apps and Integrations > App Store.
