Where can I manually promote or assign a ranking to a customer?

You can manually assign or promote someone to a belt, challenge or ranking from their customer profile. After clicking Customers > Customer List > searching for the customer, you'll find this option to the right of the Activity tab.

Use the 'Assign' button or the dropdown menu to promote or demote the customer, like this.
