Where can I change the messages sent to customers and staff for promotion eligibility?

With Belts/Challenges/Rankings, messages can be sent to notify the customer and staff that a customer is eligible to be promoted to the next rank.

To see the default version of these messages, click Studio Setup > Transactional Templates > search for Promotion > choose one of the first two templates.
