Turn an Inbox Message into a Staff Task, show Context to Staff

In your Inbox, you'll now find an 'Add task' button next to each message. It will show as a hover over option.

Since messages often lead lead to an action item for your staff, this feature will save you the hassle of having to leave the inbox to create the staff task elsewhere. To start using it, navigate to the Inbox > select a conversation > hover over the message you want to use and click the ‘add task’ icon.

Content from the message will be prefilled into the task, with the customer pre-selected. Add any additional details and assign a staff member.

When staff open the task, they'll be able to view the whole conversation for context.
