Customers Can Now Book Multiple Services in One Checkout

Customers will now see an option to book multiple services back to back. If they select this option, they'll just need to select the start time of the reservation series.

Where can I enable/disable this?

By default this setting is on for every board. But this can be edited per board from here.

Some checkout settings only apply to the 'single reservation' flow. A red cart+ indicates this setting doesn't support 'multi reservation flow'.

As a host how can I access what the customer experience will be?

From your schedule page (Appointments > Schedule > select board that has 'Multi reservation flow' enabled). You'll see an option for each display below the checkout button. This will take you the page where customers do their booking.

Customers that start with the 'single reservation flow' will see a prompt to switch to 'multiple services back-to-back.'

After selecting services, they'll see available times.

Note: this feature comes with some restrictions in order to make as many times available to customers as possible.
