When a customer books a class via MyClubs, two things happen in Momence:
β’ They are created in Momence with a generated @myclubs.com email
β’ In addition, their MyClubs ID is saved within Momence for this specific customer
This allows a customer's booking history in my clubs to be shown in Momence.
What happens if a Momence host updates that customer's email?
If a Momence host then updates the email of this customer to their actual email (e.g., [email protected]), then any future bookings made via MyClubs will be matched to the existing [email protected] customer, ensuring the booking is assigned to the correct profile.
Where can I view / remove a customer's MyClubs ID?
The MyClubs ID is visible on a customer's profile, just below their name and can be removed to break the connection.
