New Releases

Low Attendance Alerts

On the class schedule page, if your class is low on bookings you'll now see a pop up that allows you to "solve with spotfiller."

This option also shows in calendar view.

Clicking this link will land you on a spotfiller creation form with pre-filled fields. If you don't yet have spotfiller, clicking this will allow you to trial the feature.

In App Messaging

From a Spotfiller's activity page, you can now see how many in-app messages were successfully received in the 'notified' column.

An in-app message may not be received if the customer has not enabled push notifications or just has not downloaded the mobile app yet.

So, in addition, on a Spotfiller's settings page, we've added a toggle to automatically send any unreceived in-app messages by SMS as a backup plan.

Class Time Targeting

In the Class Times section we've added a new preview message that helps clarify when messages will start and stop sending, based on the settings you've chosen.
