How to require class booking with memberships only
If you want to remove the drop in price for customers -- and only allow those with memberships to book this class.-- you can do the following:
Navigate to the class via Classes > Schedule > edit the class > scroll to Additional Settings > under 'Restrict who is eligible to book and when' toggle on Require booking with memberships only > Save changes.
Test the class out by clicking purchase link. 'The purchase without membership' link should no longer display.
How to change the membership a customer used to book a class
If you've booked a customer into class using a class pack or subscription and they have another you'd like to switch this booking to, do the following.
From the class details page, click the dropdown next to their name > Click 'switch membership used'.
Note: 'Switch membership used' will only show as an option if a customer was booked in with a 'class pack' or a 'subscription' (and has a second subscription (or pack) to switch this booking to).
In other words, if a customer was booked into class with: 'cash,' 'money credits,' 'pay later,' a 'gift card', or as 'free,' this 'Switch Membership' option will not show.
Next, choose the new membership to switch this booking to and Submit.
The updated payment method will now show.
