You now have two new renewal options that look at:

These two new settings help you offer packs that create a sense of urgency (where there's an incentive use credits before they expire) while removing the need to physically ring up customers when their packs expire.

Less administrative work. More urgency to use those credits.

Note that with the new 'time interval' options you'll be required to add a duration setting just above. (ie. how frequently should this pack renew?). Pro tip: if you're targeting monthly renewals, use 1 month instead of 30 days.

Note that payment plans & intro offers are not compatible with pack renewals.

No. Credits can only be used on classes scheduled within the current renewal cycle. For example, if they're pack renews every 30 days, and they're attempting to book a class after the next renewal date, they'll see a message that says 'your pack expires before this event takes place.'

This message will also show for a front desk staff member attempting to book this customer into a class scheduled after the next renewal.

(ie. if the pack has a setting of 'credits run out or time interval', and uses a one month interval, and the customer blows through all their credits in just 15 days, does the re-up change the next renewal date to one month from the day the customer used up all their credits?)

Answer: Yes. The former scheduled automatic refill date is cancelled and new one is scheduled from the day the last credit was spent.

So, if a customer buys the pack on January 1st and spends their last credit on January 15th, a new automatic refill date is rescheduled for February 15th.
