Our Zoom integration makes hosting online classes effortless! Once connected, Momence automatically creates unique Zoom meetings for every class you schedule. This means you’ll never have to worry about sending or tracking Zoom links again. Even recurring classes will have their own unique Zoom meetings—everything happens automatically.
Getting Started
To add Zoom as a Third Party Integration:
Go to Apps & Integrations in your Momence dashboard.
Click Third Party Integrations.
Find Zoom and click Connect.
Follow the prompts to authorize Momence to access your Zoom account.
Once connected, Momence will automatically:
Create unique Zoom meetings for new classes.
Update Zoom meetings if you edit class details.
Remove Zoom meetings if you delete a class.
Managing the Integration
You can revoke Momence’s access to your Zoom account at any time:
Click Revoke Zoom Integration in your Momence dashboard (this button appears after setup), or
Manage app authorizations directly in your Zoom account.
Once revoked, any future class changes in Momence will no longer sync to Zoom.
Important Notes
Your Zoom account must be on a paid plan to use this integration.
Each class in Momence gets a unique Zoom meeting, so participants always have the correct link.
Integration works for recurring classes, so each session gets its own Zoom meeting automatically.
With Zoom connected, hosting virtual classes becomes simple and seamless. Just schedule your classes in Momence, and your Zoom meetings are ready to go! Please feel free to reach out to our support team if there are any further questions regarding the Zoom integration!
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a limit to how many Zoom Meetings can be created at once?
- Yes. The Zoom × Momence integration currently allows up to 100 meetings to be created at a time. If you exceed this limit, Momence will queue the remaining meetings and automatically create the next batch of up to 100 meetings the following day.
Can I add additional Zoom accounts to my Momence account?
- Yes. You can add additional Zoom accounts, but they must be subaccounts under your main Zoom account. Once your subaccounts are created, please email Momence at [email protected] with the details so they can be linked to your Momence account.
