This article covers the reason why you received an email about hitting the Zoom rate limit, or why some classes don't have a Zoom link.

In some occasions, particularly if you are trying to create several classes at once, you may end up receiving an error message or the email below:


We at Momence are trying to reach you because it seems like we hit rate limit of your Zoom integration and are not able to generate any more Zoom meetings.The limit is applied daily so we'll try to generate the meetings tomorrow, but we can't do anything about events that are happening today, you'll have to specify the zoom meeting info manually for those.

This means you have hit the limit of Zoom links that Zoom can automatically create for you when creating an Online class on the same day. If you continued to create online classes, these wouldn't have a Zoom link automatically added to them.

In order to fix this, you can simply wait until the next calendar day to create the remaining classes so that a Zoom link is automatically added to each class.
