Overview
You may have already enabled 'unpaid bookings auto-settlement', but occasionally you may have to settle unpaid bookings in bulk -- for example, if a client wants to request a freeze.
You can now ring up a customer for their unpaid bookings in bulk from their customer profile using this 'Settle unpaid' button.
The button will only show if there are unpaid bookings on their account and you can select up to 20 bookings at a time.
A pop up POS will then display. Select who's performing the sale and charge the customer.
Where can I see a list of unpaid bookings?
From Analytics > Reports > under Classes you'll find 'Un-paid bookings'.
I'm not sure if I have auto-settlements turned on for unpaid bookings. Where can I check this?
From Settings > under Offerings, click Class Settings > scroll to 'Unpaid class bookings auto-settlement.'
