What's new?
You can now send your payroll PDFs by email directly from each individual employees' entry. At the top you'll also notice a time saving 'send to all' button.
If all entries look accurate click 'Send to all' and go make yourself a sandwich.
However, if one or more entries needs adjusting and you need to get everyone else's payroll PDF out the door, you can send each one individually using the purple 'Send' buttons off to the right.
How do these reports look to teachers?
Payroll PDFs are received by email and can be previewed and downloaded. The subject contains the pay period dates and the body contains the figure.
Can teachers reply to the email if anything seems off?
Yes, any replies will be sent to the Business Host email, which can be viewed from Settings > under Host Account click General Setup > scroll to Business (host) email.
