How to Update Your Browser to the Latest Version

To get the best experience with Momence, we recommend using the latest stable (generally available) version of a supported browser. Up-to-date browsers are faster, more secure, and fully compatible with our newest features.

Note: Please use the stable release of your browser. Beta, Dev, Canary, Nightly, and Technology Preview versions are pre-release builds and may cause unexpected issues with Momence.

Troubleshooting

I don't see an update option, or it says "Managed by your organization."
If you're using a work or school device, your IT department may control browser updates. Please contact your IT administrator for help.

My browser says it's up to date, but Momence still isn't working correctly.
Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, disabling browser extensions, or opening Momence in a private/incognito window. If the issue continues, contact our support team.

My device can't install the latest version.
Older operating systems may no longer receive browser updates. In this case, you may need to update your operating system, or try a different supported browser that still supports your device.

The update didn't take effect.
Make sure you fully close and reopen your browser after updating. On some devices, restarting your computer may be necessary.
