ClassPass is a marketplace bringing fitness studios, gyms and wellness venues together for easy discovery and seamless booking.
To set up ClassPass integration with your Momence account, you will need to follow these steps:
Register for a partner account with ClassPass using the following link: Get Started on ClassPass
Enable Integration from your Momence Dashboard by navigating to
Apps & Integration > Integration > ClassPass (on the header) > Turn on "Integration Enabled".
Here, you will also find your Host ID and Location ID.
Keep in mind that you’ll need a Momence Business Account to integrate with ClassPass. Did you know that we offer a 14-day free trial? Activate your free trial now via Settings > Switch to Studio Account.Go to your ClassPass partner dashboard and navigate to Support > Contact Us.
If you are integrating into Class Pass for the first time
For the question “How can we Help?”, select “I need help with third-party schedule integrator”.
For the question “Tell us more”, select “I need to integrate Class Pass with my third-party scheduling system”.
For the question “What’s the name of your current platform”, select “Momence”.
For the question “Anything else you’d like us to know”, insert your Momence Host ID and Location ID.
If you are switching Class Pass from a previous platform to Momence
For the question “How can we Help?”, select “I need help with third-party schedule integrator”
For the question “Tell us more”, select “I’m switching my scheduling platform”.
For the question “Current Scheduling Platform”, select the name of your current platform.
For the question “New Scheduling Platform”, select “Momence”
For the question “Anything else you’d like us to know”, insert your Momence Host ID and Location ID.
Businesses with multiple locations
If you are a business with multiple locations, you can generate one consolidated location ID for ClassPass integration via your Dashboard.
