Segmented lists allow you to segment out special groups you want to track and target. You can target these groups in One-off Messages to capitalize on growth opportunities.
To create one, click Customers > Customer List > Customer Segmentation. Make sure to save your segment when you're done.
To message your segmented lists, click Marketing > One-off Messages
Then select the specific segment to target
