When your customers are scheduling their own appointments on your checkout pages, you can choose the order in which they pick the following:
service
venue
staff
To choose the order in which your customers pick their service, venue and instructor, head to Appointment Settings.
Scroll to 'Checkout flow order' and choose the order to display to customers.
Have a use case for random staff selection?
Just below the Checkout flow order section, you can choose to have Momence randomly select staff for your scheduling customers. This is also available for venues.
Board Settings vs Default General Appointment Settings
The tutorial above covered how to update the Default General Settings, but you can also overide these default settings at the board level. Just locate the board, click Edit and update the order of selection or randomness setting as needed.
