Service Categories: Group Services for an Easier Customer Booking Experience

In Appointments, under Services you'll now see a new tab called Categories, right next to Add-Ons. (For a tutorial on Add-Ons, click here).

Categories make it easier for customers to book faster, by grouping your services together. If your customers currently have to read through 10 or more services before booking one, it may make sense to group them into categories.

Here's what customers of one business currently see when they are booking appointments. Lets divide the services below into 2 categories: Coaching and Massage.

To assign Categories to Services, click Service > click the dropdown to the right of the service > Move to category.

Update each service and afterward, this is how it will look for the customer.

At the top, if the customer selects just 1 category, they'll see just those services listed.
