Most commonly used by "open gym" style facilities like CrossFit, this feature allows you to write out workout plans that become accessible to your customers via their Momence mobile app, and can also be seen on digital "whiteboards", using display screens within your studio.
You can even schedule when these workouts will display on which screens, and customize background colors, so that its easy for customers to walk in and immediately know what the workout of the day is.
Once you've activated the Workouts App within your Admin dashboard, your customers in the mobile app will see a "Workouts" tab where the workout of the day appears on the day its scheduled. During setup, you'll also see an option to allow your customers to score their workout results.

Schedule Recurring Workouts
Do you schedule the same workout for certain days of the week and repeat that schedule for blocks of time? This has never been easier, using the new schedule recurring function. Now, anytime you are scheduling a workout, you can toggle on schedule recurring and you will have the option to choose the number of days between each workout (ie 7 days if it happens every Friday) and then select the number of workouts you’d like to have repeat, or choose a specific date for the recurring schedule to end.
To schedule a recurring workout, navigate to Workouts > Programming > Schedule workout > toggle on ‘schedule recurring.’
Copy Blocks of Workouts
Another new feature to make scheduling workouts a breeze for you and your team is the new Copy workouts function. This option allows you to copy all workout programming from a particular date range over to a new set of dates. Copying workouts can be incredibly useful if you tend to work in blocks to support your clients in seeing growth in particular exercises over time. For example, maybe you have a certain workout routine per quarter, where the the workout components are the same for each day of the week for three months at a time. Each quarter is different, however, you cycle back to the original routine after a year. With the ability to copy workouts, you will not have to reschedule each day of the week again when the year starts over, you can simply copy the entire workout schedule from January 1st - March 31st of 2024 to January 1st - March 31st of 2025.
You can find the Copy workouts option under Workouts > Programming > click the three dots at the top right > Copy workouts.
Customers Can Track Progress in the Momence App
You have been able to see and track your client’s progress over time within Workouts from your host dashboard, however, this is now available for your customers to see within their Momence app! Seeing their scores and a visual of how much stronger they are getting over time is an exciting way to keep your customers engaged and motivated to keep coming back. Make sure to instruct your customers to keep track of their progress through the Momence app under the Workouts tab, and now they can see their progress for any workout component under Workouts > My records.
